Allen Kin-tak Leung

Mr. Allen Leung joined the Hong Kong Government as an Architect in 1993. Since then, his career has been closely associated with development of public hospitals and medical facilities in Hong Kong.

Mr. Leung took up the post of Project Director in 2020 to take care of the strategic 10 years Hospital Development Plan and has recently completed the North Lantau Hospital Hong Kong Infection Control Centre using Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) technique within a short time.
