Dr Chiu is the Operations Director of the CSIM, role to promote international standard hospitals in China. She is a Paediatrician, past Kowloon West Cluster Chief Executive and planner for the HK Children's Hospital. In 2020 COVID19, CSHK built 4 quarantine camps and the China Assist HK projects of HK Infection Control Center and Community Treatment Facility. Applying her past SARS experience, Dr Chiu led as medical planner and infection control commander and successfully attained “zero infection rate” for all projects.
