This workshop uses design methods to consider the future, make better decisions, embrace technology and system change and create viable, feasible and desirable services for changing customers.
In this 2-hour session, we will look at the “state of the art” of business and social challenges and new customer values. We will take a challenge and learn design tools to envision future smart services where AI, blockchain and system transformations such as circular economy will trigger new ideas and opportunities for business and public bodies.
